The winner of each stage receives 8.000 euros, and the first 20 to arrive receive prizes that go down to 200 euros for the 20th arrival, for a total of 22.500 euros every stage. That's 472.500 euros for every Tour.
The yellow jersey in Paris (overall winner) receives 450.000 euros(a bearer of the jersey gets 350 euros for every day he wears it), the green jersey (best sprinter) gets 25.000 euros (a bearer gets 300 euros a day), the king of the mountains (polka dot jersey) also gets 25.000 euros (daily money for every rider determined by the positions on and difficulty of each climb) and the best young rider (under the age of 26; white jersey) gets 20.000 euros in Paris.

Its kind of complicated. There's money for the first 25 places in each stage, plus money for best team, king of mountain etc etc. Try this site out it breaks down the prize money that the riders got in 2005.
