The chances that all the laws of quantum physics (strong/weak nuclear forces, gravity, electro magnetism, etc), should be in the right quantities to allow the formation of Stars/planets/matter are so phenomally small that it really should be nigh impossible if the Universe was a "one off".

So with this in mind (also taking into consideration the uncertainty principle). Is it easier for rational minded people to belive in the possibility of endless parrellel universes - or a creator?

As an agnostic, I as always am sitting on my fence.

Also why is their no bloody spell checker for this bit?

I think for most people its easier for them to believe in a creator. Most of the world believes in some kind of creator.

About the spellchecker..........thats just to deep.

To some people, the word god means different things. A multiverse is a very reasonable truth because of creative possibilities. If people kept seeing science as an enemy but as god's legos or computer code, their eyes would start openning. It isn't about fear, it is about creative intent a new experiences to have. Of course we would create more worlds to explore. Of course theyre would be a complexity in the creations and different beings with different experience levels. The problem is that the survivalists and materialists still seem to be in charge. They have mastered the art of fear. If the ones who know a good amount of the truth would ever get together and communicate, then we would have something.

It is equally easy to believe in endless parallell universes as to believe in the Creator. Both take faith however. Of course I believe that even believing in endless parallel universes is still way too "two-dimensional" in an abstract kind of way, if you follow what I mean. Concerning the question "Creator or multiverse", it really isn't necessarily an "either-or" situation; you needn't seperate the architect from his design in the final equation. That's like saying Michaelangelo or the Sistine Chapel Paintings? Leonardo da Vinci or Mona Lisa... they are not necessarily exclusive of each other.

Since there is no spell check here, you can always use one of your other programs with cut and paste...

The answer is very simple: No matter what Science finds or the Bible Thumpers tell you "We are here because we are here, nothing more nothing less".

Besides, if there is a God, he's a freak who loves to pull the wings off of flys. ;-(

Both. God/Goddess is the totality of the multiverse.

God is the multiverse and he transcends it.
