Having clots or clumps or pieces of tissue within the menstrual fluid is normal. The size and number changes over your life time. Most find they increase as you age. If you period was only 3 days late this does not sound like a miscarriage

One way to try to avoid those clots is if you take one aspirin before you period starts. I have had them myself and theyre ANNOYING....if you get a clot the size of Quarter..you nned to see your Ob Gyn...its not normal to have so many clots that size...

It is common. It happens from time to time. You should bring this up with your Gynecologist just in case there is a more serious concern, but for most women, this happens periodically.

I used to have clots every time I had mine. It happens. But I would mention it to the gyno if it continues, just to be safe.

yeah I have them all the time. Was told by gp, as long as they are not big, there is nothing to worry about - if they appear big, make an appointment to see dr and take example with you, he / she will be able to tell you for def if there is a prob / you need to be seen by a hospital

blood clots is normal as long as it isn't really huge clots, that is the lining of the uterus shedding, so it's normal to an extent
