http://neopets.com/ (don't let her go into the board rooms) but it's a fun site, you get to create your own pet and feed them and buy stuff and play games. Even I go on it every once in awhile and I'm 17. You can create an account for a 5 year old, which is safer because you can't send mail or go into the boards.
http://barbie.everythinggirl.com/ I use to go on that one, I don't know if it's still the same since I haven't gone on in about 9 years. But you use to be able to create your own barbie and make your own outfits, that was always fun but it's probably changed a lot.

http://www.nickjr.com ...it's amazing. and you can watch nick jr's parents tv online, which has interactive things for you and your children to watch. And it also has infommercials and everything. You can play the games too. Its' featuring Blue's Clues and The Backyardigans (the best show in the entire world!) I'm a big kid myself, and i'm a senior in high school lol, but it works really. I get on nickjr.com when i babysit.

yahoogalins, kidzcorner, kidscom.com, fisher-price.com, hasbro.com (has candyland), or you can go to google and do a kids game and activity search. That helps sometimes.
