That the Koran says to obey the words of Jesus Christ?
Why don't Muslims do this?

What many do is to take things out of context.
Twist words so they mean exactly what they want the words to mean
and still others complety ingore what Jesus says.

Qur'an quotes:
Qur'an 2: 116-117
"And they say: ' Allah has begotten a son." Be he glorified! Nay, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. All are subservient to him. The Originator of the heavens and of the earth! When He decrees a thing, he says to it only: Be! and it is."
I think that is disputing the claim of the Christians.Allah clearly states he ain't a daddy and nobody matters more than him.
Qur'an 112: 1-4
"Say: He is Allah, the One! Allah the Eternal,Absolute! He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him".
That one is self explanitory.
This one says Jesus was very advanced from the beginning. Sorry, no manger or wise men in their version of the "virgin birth". We pick up in the wilderness, where Mary has fled to escape a good stoning for being pregnant and unwed.
Qur'an 19: 20-33
"And the pains of childbirth drove her (Mary) to the trunk of a palm tree. She said:'Ah! Would I have died before this and not become a thing forgotten and out of sight!' And he (the baby Jesus) cried from below her, saying: 'Grieve not! Your Lord has placed a rivulet beneath you. And shake the trunk of the palm tree toward you, and it will drop on you fresh ripe dates. So eat and drink and be consoled. And if you meet any human, say: I have vowed to fast to (Allah) the Most Gracious, so I shall not speak this day to any human". Then she brought him (the baby Jesus) to her people, carrying him. They said:'O Mary! Indeed you have come with and amazing thing. O sister of Aaron! Your father was not a man of evil nor was your mother an unchaste woman'. Then she (Mary) pointed to him (the baby Jesus). They said: 'How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?' He (baby Jesus) said 'I am indeed a slave of Allah. He has given me the book and made me a prophet. And He has made me blessed wheresoever I may be, and has enjoyed upon me Prayer and Charity as long as I live. And (He has made me) dutiful to my mother, and not arrogant (and) unblessed.And peace upon me the day I was born, and the day I shall die, and the day I shall be raised to life!' ".
Sorry it's so long, but it's nice to get a dose of reality now and then.
BTW, before ya'll go hating on me, I am not a Muslim, I am an agnostic. I am not disputing your beliefs, and have drawn my own conclusions, and respect yours. Peace.

Not really you are making this up. Give me the reference of Sura and verses.
Muslims don't read Bible. They read and follow Qur'an.

because they don't actually read the bible its read to them by the priest or whatever so most of them don't even know it really says that
