I did a quick Google search and found this practice in your town:
Sprowls Orthodontic Center
Phone: 513-932-0323
670 North Broadway
Lebanon, OH 45036
They have flexible payment options. They also have something called Capital One Healthcare Finance. Capital One Healthcare Finance is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for orthodontic treatments. It is the only payment plan customized for orthodontics, and is endorsed by the American Association of Orthodontists.

Good luck!

Have you tried to call all of those local dentists to see if they offer a payment plan? Sometimes, this isn't advertised, but it is available to qualifying patients. Also are you willing to travel to get to a dentist who could help you? I found a listing for "Affordable Family Dental" in Miamisburg, Ohio. Their number is (937) 859-9014. Good luck to you and God bless.

I am a dental assistant and I agree that you should really do some searching about doing an implant on a child her age. This seems way to young. I have never seen one on someone her age. Also you didn;t give much details on why she needs something like this.

First of all I am so sorry that this is happening and I wish you all the best. Let me say that you can check this website out. It is http://www.everyonebenefits.com/40296284
You would then click on "Locate a Provider" Check them out! If they are not the ones for you try like Blue Cross Blue Shield. Try anybody.
I wish you all the best with your search.
Have a wonderful day and you will find something that will help you all out. Take care now!

Sounds like a good human interest story for your newspaper or television station. Call and ask who handles stories regarding the community or an individual needing help.
