Well as a guy that many call fat 307lbs and 6'1" I have a different outlook on being "fat"! "Fat" is when your health is compromised and you are unable to participate in the activities that bring you happiness! I am overweight yes, but I am perfectly healthy, more active then most of my skinny friends, and have more stamina. This weekend I swam across a lake that's over a mile wide, my skinny friends, one went 100ft. and gave up the other two went half way and turned around! I wake board, and bust tricks. I ski, I surf, came in 3rd place at my first competition. I do everything skinny people do and more!!! Be healthy, happy, and have fun!!! Don't worry about what the scale or some doctor tells you ideal is! My doctor says ideal for my height is 180lbs according to the chart to be honest I would be bones at that weight, ideally I would love to weigh 220lbs but god made us all different!

Depends on the persons height and build. If their like 4' 5" then they are a little over weight for 120. and no not every girl should weigh 100 pounds. If there's a girl who's a 100 pounds and 6 ft tall then she'd be all skin and bones. 100 pounds is more for someone whos like 4' 6" but under 5'. Having some fat is better than being all skin and bones. I know some people who have like 20 pounds of fat on them and they run the mile in under 8 minutes.

It depends a lot on where the weight is located, how tall the girl is, etc. Generally, 125 is considered fine for late teens to early adulthood. It also depends therefore on age. I personally don't find 120 in any way overweight, but it's a matter of preference. Looking healthy is what matters most!
Wish you all the best!

It depends on the body type I'd say 20 pounds over is chunky on a 5 5 or less woman, 30lbs over on a 5 8" woman, many guys like their women a little chunky but not fat. :0

Depends on the guy. I was 115 pounds (5'2") when I met my partner and he, what I still say, "fattened me up" saying I was too skinny! I'm now 140! The only good thing to come out of my weight gain is that I gained boobs! Hence my question on here about losing weight in 6 weeks!

lol. I'm not close to 120 and I'm not fat. I'm well over 120. It all depends on how your body is built. I would say on the average female frame that 160 and above could be fat.

Most of men and women have a distorted sence of what is fat,you can thank holiwood society, and that means possiably your self if you fall for the lies that have saterated us brain washed us.
Just stay heathy, active, and eat responcibly.Be happy and live a fullfilling life.If you take care of your mentle emotional spiritual phisical youve got a real good chance of doing just that.
And who gives a care what othes think if your doing the above.

Most guys with credibility consider the whole package. You girls are too hung up on weight. Sure we like attractive women and it is obvious when a person is overweight but in most cases it affects them more than it does the person looking at them. Self control is key here.

Height AND body type/frame!
Consider BOTH!
Two women, both 5'5" tall, are not neccessarily equal. Suppose both weigh 135 lbs. However, one has a very delicate thin frame, and for her, that would probably be quite pudgy! But the other may have a large, sturdy frame, and for her, that could be too thin!! While on the average frame, it would be just right!

You know what? I wouldn't be focusing on my weight to impress the guys. It's not worth it, you need to focus on it for YOUR well being and YOUR HEALTH . If a man cannot accept you for how you look then he is not worth your while.
I speak the same about ladies accepting men too! It is the inner beauty that really makes a person.
I know some ladies that were very heavy and married some pretty nice looking men. that is because they were WONDERFUL people
