I need as many drinking(water) tips as posserble pleas!

make sure u drink a gallon of water per day. it helps lose wait...the more u drink, the less u eat

Fill a pitcher with tap water, it has added benefits that bottled water doesn't.
Refrigerate.
Don't buy sodas, koolaids, tea, coffee, etc. If you don't have it around, you will drink the water when you are thirsty because you won't have anything else.
Make a point to always drink a full glass when you wake up and before and after each meal. Also, if you take any dietary supplements, drink a full glass.
After you make a point to follow these tips for a month, it will become second nature.

what do you mean? How to drink water? or How much water to drink?
Here's some tips:
1. Drink 8 8oz glasses a day.
2. Drink a glass of water between shots of liquor
3. Drink more water when you are exercising.
4. Drink flavored water

Water is best absorbed at room temperature and in small amounts, like a few sips every so often. I use bottled or filtered water and measure out the minimum amount I want to drink in the morning. That way I don't get distracted trying to keep track of how much more I need that day...

If you get bored with it, add a slice of lemon or lime and some ice, or drink it hot with lemon.

Whenever you are running the faucet, pour one down. Brushing teeth, rinse and drink. Doing dishes, rinse and drink. Definitely follow the advice of a glass of water before every meal. Keep water bottles in the fridge and freezer. Refill, of course, to recycle said containers. Then you always have cool refreshing water when you need it or to take with you and it will stay cold.

2)Your body absorbs room temperature water faster than cold water.
3)dont drink too much water, it can be just as dangerous as not drinking water at all.
4)stay away from sodas, but squeeze in a sports drink to replenish electrolytes.
5)water can actually be an appetite supressant, sometimes when you think you are hungry, your body is just telling you to drink water.

Water is so good for you, it is awesome for your skin too. You should drink 8oz of water a day! If you get sick of water go and buy Crystal Light and you just pour the package in the bottled water and go!!!! I love it and there are tons of flavors to choose from.

Try drinking water with twist of lime or mixing it with some sugar free stuff like crystal light.

Don't bother trying to drink any certain amount - just drink when you're thirsty and don't obsess about it.

All those tales about you "have" to drink 8 glasses a day (or even more!) are just an old wives' tale - urban legend.
