It just depends on how much you have and how you are cooking it. Also on how you like it cooked - medium well, rare, etc. More details please? :)

325-350 degrees with some liquid in the bottom of the pan and preferably some vegetables...carrot, celery, onion and garlic cloves. Season the meat and cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the roast reads:

115-120 degrees for Rare
125-135 degrees for Medium Rare
140-150 degrees for Medium
155-165 degrees for Medium Well
170 -180 and above for Well. Cooking past 180 will result in dry, tough chewy meat.

You will want to pull the beef out about 10 degrees before it is "done" to avoid overcooking by "carry-over" cooking. Allow the roast to rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting. Omitting this step will result in all the juices running out of the roast once cut.

45 minutes per pound of weight plus 45 minutes at the end if you want your beef well done. Cover with loose fitting tinfoil to stop the crust burning and remove for the last hour.

depends on the weight,
a good roast, about 2 hours -2 1/2 hours at 350
sometimes I throw it on tthe BBQ for a couple minutes first, like a minute on each side to sear it, then the juices stay in and it tastes good.

Depends on varying tempuratures of different ovens, but in my oven it takes about two hours. I've never heard of it taking longer than three hours.
