Hey, I Asked this not too long ago. I Think it's a great idea but needs some guidelines to avoid abuse, and possibly to be moderated somehow so people don't lose points just because someone doesn't like the answer, even if it's a good one.

If you start taking away points... then people will not have any points to ask questions...
and if there are no questions.... there will be none to answer...
with no questions to answer.. how do we get points to ask questions?
and... some of those with the worst answers... are the ones I would think need to be asking questions...
ok.. so... maybe... we could vote on the Questions asked... Good Question? or Junk Question?... so the person doesn't get so many points back for determining a "Best Answer"
