well first of all the bugs you do not describe what they look like.
my cats hunt down bugs[flies and other bugs ] and eat them they like hunting.
the bugs you mention....what do they look like?
If there are tons of them in the food[is it canned or dry?]
if canned food or wny food for any animal is left out too long flies lay eggs which turn into larve which is called a maggot
those can make a cat sick...
maybe throwing the food away would be better and substituting tuna until you buy new cat food for today?
from now on place catfood[dry] in a plastic garbage bag[unscented] place into freezer and take out as needed to kill bugs]
put portions in ziplock bags for this too hope this helps

they eat bugs anyway but if she remains sick after a few days take her to the vet. I think she might have been munching on Maggots
the next box of cat food you get (if dry) freeze it overnight it will kill the maggots

Don't play doctor. Take her to the vet, and bring one of the bugs with you.

none just clean her bowl out and move it... They aint gonna die from eating bugs.
