finding birth records in essex please?

i nmeed to locate a persons birth records please thanx xxx's

You need to know where the person was born and then write the the registrar of births, deaths and marriages in that parish giving them the person (maiden) name, date of birth and birth place (Ie. hospital name etc) if known. There is also a fee so ring and check how much a copy birth certificate is before sending off your letter.
