If a person leaves the religion of Christianity, the were probably not truly Christians. Anyone can follow a religion. But only someone who is truly born again is really a Christian. Unfortunately Christian has become a catch all for anyone who was born into a family that has a membership in a Christian denomination church. That is just religion. True Christianity is a relationship with God and a transformation through spiritual re-birth. So, I'm sorry that these people didn't experience this relationship with God but that doesn't mean that I'm going to fall away from my faith.

Although you have found the delights of moving beyond the limits of the christian belief system, as I have, we still have to recognise that everything has its place and every individual is totally unique and for some, christianity may well still play a powerful role in their life.
It is not wrong, it just IS and it can and probably will still help people futher down their path of their own spirituality.
Although I do agree with you and have discovered so much more, particularly following a near death experience.
Sounds like you would enjoy Shamanism check out the Inca Shamanic route for some powerful insights - eg: Shaman, Healer Sage by Alberto Villioldo.
May your journey be blessed and beautiful!

Why do you need support from a group of Atheists in leaving the faith? You have actually created your own religion. lmao! If you are a secured in your decision that God doesn't exist then you shouldn't care about other peoples' decision. You dont need to convince people with religion to abandon their faith because their belief in God DOESNT MATTER since there is no God, anyways! But groups like you gave are so insecure in their decision they need more converts to add weight to their decision and make it appear more reasonable.

I feel great being a Christian and you probably feel bound because you want to live your life in a non-christian way, not following the Ten Commandments. Why do you want to pull away from Christianity. If you have faith in God and ask for fogiveness, you're going to go to Heaven.

If you were under bondage you were in a cult. How very sad. True Christianity is liberating and frees you from the law.

It's not supposed to be bondage. You were obviously going about being a Christian wrong... it is supposed to be a relationship with God, not torture, plus if you EVER gave your life to him, he owns you and there is nothing you can do. But if you really don't like God, I'm Sure Satan will LOVE you....

"I never knew that atheist found life precious, I thought that was why they murder tens of millions of people whenever they come to power."

Can you at least give some examples, mi knave, or did you plan on repeating it until it is a fact?

Very true. For every 2 people that call themselves "Christian" there is 1 person who calls him/herself a "non-believer." Those are good numbers by any standards.

Thank-you, but I'm in no need of a cult or fuehrer to tell me how to live my life, since I'm nether alcoholic nor drug dependent. But don't let that stop you from performing your steps.
