i got one the other day when i went to mcds for a core workout thats only 15 mins. i tried it and its ok. do u think they work good??? anyone tried them?

I don't think it's supposed to take the place of your regular routine if you have one... It's meant to get people who normally eat junk and NEVER excercise to get into being active in a slow paced way... they're a good beginner series for newbies... but it's recommended that you find a workout that best suits your needs once you get into the whole healthy eating and living set of mind...

McDonalds Workouts? Sounds like an oxymoron.

There are plenty of free exercise tips and advice on such sites as bodybuilding.com (no not just for meat heads) My wife and I both benefit greatly from this site as well as the forums page.

I've only gotten the yoga one......and it's the same move over and over again for 15...min. so retarded!!
