See your doctor and find out if there is anything wrong.

Vision problems are most often due to what is called a refraction error. That is when you need glasses or a new glasses prescription.

Sometimes your vision can worsen due to problems in the retina of the eye. That could be serious and more difficult to fix than just getting new glasses or contacts.

Only your eye doctor can tell which of these is the problem.

Your avatar looks very young, but whatever your age the first thing you need to do is to see and ophthalmologist ( a MD for the eyes) to find out whats going on. Then take it from there. You may need to get checked for diabetes. Good luck.

Not really. There are things you can do to prevent your eyesight from being damaged so quickly such as getting off the computer!!!!

:)

The best thing to do is see an eye doctor and see what they recommend. Besides, you need to have a check up. You may be suffering from glaucoma!

My friend was on a restrictive "thin" diet of her own making and her eyes kept getting worse and it seemed to really be because of diet.

I would suggested seeing an eye doctor and your family doctor and trying to find a way to make you eyes healthier.

pay a visit to an optician, they can monitor the health of your eyes, even if that requires using glasses.

if you require glasses and continue to make do without, they will worsen quicker

without wanting to worry you too much, but failing eyesight can be a symptom of a certain diabetes(if not this some other illness, i cant remember excatly), so i would strongly urge you to go ASAP

You can do exercises with your eyes to increase focal length. Try going without your glasses as much as possible, every day. But DON'T STRAIN. Straining is what causes your vision to deteriorate.

Have you gone for any eye exam lately? They not only do regular checks for glasses or contacts anymore. They can see inside your eye and look for damage. Seek help if you are concerned from a qualified individual.
