Well if you can't stand them are you a lesbo? Anyway Does he know you exsist? If you are interested in going out w/ him, then just casually start talking to him, get to know him better cause he might not be all that he looks to be. So then if he doesn't invite you over, inviite him over. Idk how old you are, but make him dinner if you have your own house, or just ask him over to help w/ hw. Classic.

if you want an accurate answer you need better details do you see himoften do you talk to him is he nice to you does he flirt those kinds of things ut if oyu want the obvious answer tell him you like him or ask him ot hang out there was this guy i liked alot and i asked him if he wanted to come with me to the falloutboy concert becasue i wanted someone i knew to go so i wouldnt be alone with my sister adn her bf and he came and we got a lot closer and he moved so were not together but it was genious lol we became really close

well like you can go up to him and interduce yourself or if like your at school you can try to bump into him on accident or something. if you like to play a sport for example basketball and your outside with him then like ask him if he wants to play basketball
