why when you eat sherbet it goes straight to your head and gives you a brain freeze?

I can not eat sherbet simply because it hurts my head so bad.

I also get brain freeze when I eat anything extremely cold, even ice cream. My solution is to drink something hot along with it such as coffee or tea. Problem solved!

sherbert is softer than icecream... anything that smoothed down quick (slushie for example) will give you a quicker freeze!

You may be eating it too fast! Take your time.
