What did you do to lose your parents trust? You do it by showing that you are responsible with whatever they do give you. You do it by keeping up your end of all bargains, including doing your chores. You take good care of the things you have, clothes, toys, shoes, bikes, games. You do it by being cooperative and listening to what you are told, that way they have some hope that you will conduct yourself in an appropriate way even when they aren't looking. All of these things are things they have already given you to allow you to prove that you are trustworthy. You can't fool them so if thats what you are looking for forget it already. Basically, you earn trust by being worthy of being trusted there is no other way. If you say you are going to do something, do it, when you are supposed to. Do your homework without having to be told, clean your room without having to be told. These things all show that you are mature, responsible and can be trusted.

By doing what they tell you to do, and not doing what they tell you not to do.
Being responsible, and polite, acting like you have a brain, instead of like a spoiled brat and throw tempertantrums.
The things you do, and say, the way you act, go a long way towards forming peoples opinions of you. Not just your parents, but everyone you will ever meet.
Whether it be right or not, most people will base their trust of you on how they percieve you.
Live how you want to be seen by others...and be honest with them.

Gain their trust by doing the right things and listening to them! Be responsible too. When you say things, like "I'm going to the mall..." make sure you are actually at the mall and be home when they expect you to be home. Good luck.

Start by obeying their rules. Next, be helpful in everyday chores; i.e., do things without having to be asked. Follow this by asking them questions on how to be a good human.

Just my thoughts -- as a parent.
Good luck!
