Until you are 18 years old, your parents or legal guardians have the say so about where you can live. If your parents don't want you arround the 19 year old, they can keep the two of you apart.
The only exception to this is if you go to court and the judge declares you legally emancipated. This means that the court determines that you are an adult. To get emancipated, you have to show that you are mature enough to make your own decisions for your life, and that you are able to support yourself fully. You have to be able to afford to feed, clothe, and shelter yourself. No roommates, no help from family, all by yourself. If you can't afford to pay for all those things on your own, the judge will not emancipate you. Legal emancipation is a hard thing to get approved. Plus you'll need money to hire the lawyer to file for the emancipation process.
If the 14 year old is having sex with the 19 year old, the 19 year old can go to prison for statutory rape. He/she will then be required to be on the sexual offender registry for the rest of his/her life, and will forever be labeled as a child predator. This will affect where this person can live and work for the rest of his life.

No, If you do not have your parents permission then your at a lost, Keep in mind that if the mother or father does not want you to then they can press kidnapping charges and so many other charges. Now if your parents are abusive towards you then the state can award you to the 19 year old only if you have no other relatives that can take you in.

You can move in with a person that is 19, if you are 14, if someone has given him custody of you. If you are moving in and are "more than housemates", then he can be arrested for lots of things. Use your head, if you think it's bad at home, just move and and learn what "bad" really is. Stay cool, stay in school and at home. Good Luck

Maybe, it depends on several factors. One of them being, Is there something that happened in your family that puts you in any danger? Another is a backround check run on the person that you want to live with (several things about this person are checked out).

14YR!!! NO JUDGE CAN DO THAT!!! YOU WOULD HAVE TO PROVE TO HIM WHAT IS SOOO WRONG WITH LIVING AT HOME. AND THEN PUT YOU IN FOSTER CARE!!!
YOU WANT THAT!!!
OBEY YOUR PARENTS!!!!! THE 19YR CANT TAKE CARE OF YOU!!!! HE CANT TAKE CARE OF HIMSELF!!!!
NO JUDGE WILL ALLOW THIS!!! ANYWHERE, ANY STATE
GO TO COURT AND FIND OUT!!!!
YOU UNGRATEFUL, BRAT!!!!!!
SPOILED BRAT!!!
IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR PARENTS RULES, HOW YOU GOING TO LIKE THE RULES OF THE REAL WORLD??? IT TAKES MONEY TO LIVE !!!!!!
THE WORLD HAS RULES TOO. AND WHEN YOU GET A JOB, THERE ARE RULES AT THE JOB!!!! WORSE THAN AT HOME!!!!
GET HOME AND STAY THERE, NO JUADGE WILL DO THIS, THEY WOULD HAVE TO TAKE YOUR PARENTS TO COURT TO GET PARENTS PERMISSION AND THEY WONT LET A 19YR MAN, TAKE A 14YR GIRL TO SUPPORT.!!!!

I'm thinking the answer is no. You are considered a minor and as such are still your parents responsibility.
