i make Chai tea. i use Honey Vanilla White Chai tea bags, seep in 3/4 cup hot water for 6 minutes, add 1/4 cup Vanilla Soymilk, and heat in microwave if needed. i use liquid sweetener with no calories so i don't feel like a glutton. (only 25 calories if sugar is not used. it tastes good, believe it or not)

Damn anything. Usually junk food satisfies the craving...but not AFTER I eat it. If i eat something healthy though, it'll satisfy me the most after i eat knowing I didn't eat something that's gonna turn into flab.

when i am depressed my body starts to shut done and my appitite and thirst is the second to go so i usually have to be forced to eat and drink something
