my hubby like the dip you make with cream cheese, marshmellow cream, and cool whip for fruit. It's ok on bagels, too, I guess. How do you eat cream cheese? (again, be nice)

I call them alligator lips. Take jalipenos and cut them in half and clean out the seeds. Put the cream cheese in and put a small piece of bacon on top and cook on the grill or in the oven. Very good and they are not as hot as people think as long as you get all the seeds out.

I could be here all day talking about my favorite recipes w/cream cheese. It's just so versatile - it can be used for dessert, dinner, sauces, breakfast, sandwhiches, anything!

I love to put cream cheese and my favorite jam on bread, and then grill it on my George Foreman Grill. It's like a breakfast panini :)

This dip is amazzzziiing, you should try it, especially if your husband likes it in dip

Crab and Cream Cheese Dip

1 pound crabmeat, any kind, picked free of shell
8 ounces cream cheese, in large dice
1 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, or to taste
2 tablespoons Creole mustard or other coarse mustard
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Place 1/2 the crabmeat in the bowl of a food processor. Add 1/3 of the cream cheese, hot sauce, Worcestershire, horseradish, mustard, 2/3 of the green onions, salt, and pepper. Puree, running the processor for about 15 seconds. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula, add 1/2 the remaining cream cheese, and puree until well blended, about 15 seconds. Stop and scrape the bowl again, add the remaining cream cheese, and process until well incorporated. Adjust seasoning. Fold in the remaining onions and crabmeat and serve as a dip. Or, to make canapes, reserve the remaining crabmeat, place the puree in a pastry bag, and pipe it onto crackers or toast points. Season the reserved crabmeat, and garnish the canapes with the crabmeat and the remaining green onions.

I have a recipe for a chocolate pie that is out of this world. I get many raves about it. It starts with an oreo crust, then there is a mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip on top of the crust; next the chocolate pudding and on top of that more cool whip with a shaved hershey bar. It is the best way to eat cream cheese.

I think my favorite way is just spreading some on toast or a bagel and putting strawberry jam on it... tastes a lot like strawberry cheesecake and I don't have to spend hours making it or go to the store for it.... I also like it with pickle and ham (spread cr chz on ham slice, put pickle slice on and roll up, then slice and eat on crackers - ritz or sesame/wheat kind) makes good hors d'ouvres, or just eat like that while watching football, etc...
