No. It is not something that you are extended credit for. You have to pay.... and besides.. you can fake a lot of information... and your SSN isn't asked when you are setting up your ebay account. Nothing is verified. Good try though.

No.It could be too easily manipulated by friends, family members and or business partners etc. Too many people would take advantage of it because you could manipulate it so easily.You could easily get people to pay off to give you good feedback. Not a good idea.
