I have Blonde hair and have added a few Red Chilli Stripes for a vibrant effect. But some of the colour has Bled into the blonde and there is too much red for my liking. Should I wash it ten times and see if that works or will it damage my hair to wash that many times?

wasing your hair ten times in one day will not work but one home remedy that usually works is stale beer you take a stale beer and wash with that but after your done with the beer rinse dont forget to wash with shampoo or you will smell of alcohol and yes washing ten times in one day will damage your hair it washes away all the nutrients and minnerals and healthy oils good luck

When you put any colour on blonde, it takes longer to wash out. if you wash it in the same day it wont wash out. A good option is to buy a good brand clarifying shampoo and leave it in for about 5 minutes. Make sure you dont over-use it and condition afterwards. It should take a lot of it out. Then if some pink is left you can use a toner to neutralize the colour (this might need pro help).

You can wash it 10 times but with you hair being blond it might not come all the way out. Some times it stains the hair. If it stains it you could try using an pale ash blonde color to try and cancel out the red. Oh, and after you wash it alot make sure you use a good conditioner to help put some of the protein and oils back in your hair, otherwise you could end up with i pink dry rats nest you can't comb through. Good Luck!

Washing your hair 100 times won't hurt it, just temporarily dries it out. I'm concerned that it may not easily come out...My mother has blonde hair, I put green in hers for a joke It didn't wash out, she had to go to a salon and have her hair dyed. She was told blonde hair is more porous...She wasn't very happy. Good Luck

if your blond hair is bleeched or coloured often then theres a good chance that the red couler can stick to the hair and it can take longer too come out !!! keep washing your hair with head and shoulders dandruff shampoo this makes hair color fade

try mixing shampoo and vinegar and leaving it on for about ten minutes then rinsing this works but if the color has penetrated the hair it might not but i mean its cheap and worth a try ya know
