He probably spoke both Aramaic and Hebrew.
Aramaic, at the time, was the main language that was spoken by the Jews in Israel and it is more likely that Jesus used that language in his preaching. Hebrew was a formal language; while it is quite certain to say that Jesus was fluent in it, we know that it was not the daily language.

The Aramaic was still widely in use in Israel until the 7th century, when the Muslims exchanged it with Arabic (after the Arabian occupation of the area) and the speakers that remained were the small communities of Christians and Jews. And still, Aramaic was not yet vanished away: There are small communities of Muslim and Christian Aramaic speakers in Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Lebanon and Syria. There is a small Jewish community too called "Nash DiDan" ("Our People") which made a full aliyah to Israel from those areas. All in all, there are 445,000 Aramaic speakers today.

After the Jews were exiled from Israel, Hebrew was what Latin is for Christians: a sacred language that is no longer in use.
When the Zionist movement started its activity in the beginning of the 19th century, Hebrew was resuscitated by them and was spoken as a daily language to this very day.
While Aramaic is dying slowly, Hebrew is quite safe. It is the officially language of the state of Israel and it has over 6,000,000 speakers (3,000,000 of the speakers speak it as their mother tongue- aka: Israelis).

I don't know how nowadays Aramaic is different than the old one (if at all), but I can tell you that the Hebrew that is spoken today in Israel is not so different than the biblical one.
Today there are no dialects of Hebrew, since it is spoken only in Israel (and Israel is a tiny little place), but we do divide Hebrew to dialects by the era it was spoken (biblical Hebrew (לשון המקרא), Hazalic Hebrew (לשון חז"ל), Modern Hebrew (עברית מודרנית) etc…) when the different dialects are understandable to the others.
A modern Hebrew speaker can easily understand the bible.

He spoke Aramaic. He should have known Hebrew as it was the synagogal language, and he would have given all the Torah and prophets'quotes in Hebrew. Maybe some Koine(Hellenistic) Greek. Aramaic is still spoken by Christians in the Middle East: it's called neo-Aramaic scientifically and has 2 variants:Assyrian (Lishana Aturaya) and Chaldaean (Lishana Kaldaya) Jews in Kurdistan also spoke a variant of Neo-Aramaic called Hula'ula. It's not dead yet, but near to extinction.

Both and probably some Greek too, some regional dialects of Aramaic are thought to be an identical to the dialects spoken 2000 years ago.

Aramaic or even possibly what preceded that ..hmm wonder what the colloquialisms were back in that day...but I doubt Hebrew. I can only really assume without the benefit of Mr. Kite or the clergy..that they will ALL give you round about double talk...each religion has its own spin they are political units unto themselves aren't they? Best of luck in finding the truth...I would like to really know that answer.....but Socrates spoke and that was a LONG time prior to Jesus right? He makes total sense.....
Food for thought anyway...I go with Aramaic.
Call a Rabbi..... I was a Catholic and they lie, a Buddhist over 30 years, Hindu makes more sense...and I have my own spin on the cross ritual....sad that there was not enough education then to have it all written down...doesn't anyone ever think that Jesus cracked an occasional joke? (rhetoric I know, tho..think about it..)
All for now..Thx.
