REIKI question to healers who are stage 2?

Question

When I'm initiated to stage 1,is the power of energy flow weaker than the one in those who are stage 2?
Second question,does level one enable you to heal yourself and the others and regulate the chakras or is it just an introduction to the Reiki energy which is not so effective?
Question three,does the intensity of the energy that flows (or let's say being a channel to the energy) improves and gets bigger as you practise?Does it grow as you practise more?

The energy flow improves with every attunement as your channel is purified and enlarged to be able to carry more energy.
However, depending on what system of Reiki you learn, at level 1 you can have more energy than other systems give at level 2 or even master level. So you have to compare in your own system. The type of Reiki I teach, which is called Shamballa, give more powerful level 1 energy than I had as a Usui master.
As you practice more, you are improving & refining your energy flow, but for the greatest jump you need to be re-attuned (even re-attuned to the same level is helpful).
The way I structure the levels is this way:
Level 1: primarily for healing yourself with occasional usages on friends and famiy.
Level 2: more tools to heal self and others; for someone who works on others professionally only rarely.
Level 3: The most advanced tools for healing others; for those who want to open a practice and work professionally on others a great deal
Level 4: Only for those who want to teach.
Some types of Reiki eliminate level 3.

I just got my reiki level II attunment yesterday, actually, and as you are attuned to higher and higher levels the energy flow becomes stronger as your own body becomes better and better equipped as a channel to the energy. (Through attunement and practicing reiki, both by doing self-healings and healings on others, you are healing yourself and helping to align and balance your own energy.)

At reiki level I you are able to do self healings and to heal others. At level II you learn three reiki symbols, one of which is specifically used for distance healing so that you can perform healings for others who are not physically with you. At level III you are given 1-2 more symbols, and some master teachers will use this as the master level at which they will teach you to teach reiki and give attunements to others.

I would say the energy flow increases as you practice only because as you practice you are open up your own energy channels more through self-healing.
