As long as both people are legally consenting adults, they have the right not to do any damage to anyone else's property. With that said... At a Hockey game, a boxing match breaks out. What happens at a Boxing match? (Does a Hockey game break out?!?)

All parties to the action technically could be arrested for any number of reasons other than the altercation indicated.
All parties would be asked if they wished to make charges against the other.
At this point you want to be the one who got the crap beat out of you in order for there to be any chance of going about your business.
