No, ofcourse not. I believe that humans of every age should be able to learn what they want, when they want. It wouldn't be fair if there was an age limit.

I don't think that age matters when talking about studying. You can study for as long as you can. even how old or young a person is, as long as that person is still capable of understanding things and also capable of paying for the study, there's no problem with that. Just always remember that studying is not just for youngs, but for all who are willing to learn and gain new ideas and knowledge.

There is a limit on high school public education [at least in my state, PA, but I think its US-wide]. A person can no longer attend public schools [elementary, junior/middle, or high schools] after the age of 20.

Why would a nation of people hold back their citizens from learning? So they can be a third-world country drenched in poverty and ignorance? There should be a MANDATORY study law stating that a country's citizens must learn EVERYTHING they can to make their country a better place.
