Well..one is tumor (something that is bumpy and not supposed to be there).Next could be just like mole (but irregular in shape and has a different color) or a wound-like lesion that does not heal. Anything unusualin your body could be an initial sign of skin cancer because once they are symptomatic they are already in the late stage that is why it is so crucial. Hope this helps. :)
