They can blame their hormones..we ovulate between periods and can have the same symptoms. This can start ten days to two weeks after our periods and last up to three days then it can begin again ten days to a week before and during our periods.
I have the severe form called Premenstrual Disforic Disorder. So I can often have mood swings but I am taking meds (Sarafem), eating right, meditating and exercising to keep the symptoms down.

MOSTLY HORMONES, BUT I HAVE MAJOR MOOD SWINGS WHICH IS A BIG PART OF THE DEPRESSION I HAVE
and further more when guys get bitchy its because they are just plain jerks

Hi. Females are always moody by nature. Their moods change according to the circumtances... All you need to understand is which is when....
During periods they get more angry; when in tension - they shout at the wrong ones and so on...

Because most of the girls that answered this question throw emotions and hormones around like wildfire. Now what do you do when a girl trys to throw a tantrum at you or tries to be controlling? Just laugh at her and say "cute". They are just tests. Trust me on this one. Girls don't want a submissive little girly man.

Being a female , is an emotional storm . I could say the same thing for men about being moody. Females are more in touch with the flow of their emotions, if it seems your girl is moody, may-be its you
