When girls say they are fat or anything negative boys get all worked up about it...why?

Most girls that say this are saying it for attention, and to hear "No you aren't" from the boy. They aren't fat, and are most likely underweight, and the guys hate hearing it. Even if that's not it, the guys hate hearing girls they actually give a damn about belittle and insult themselves.

Its because most guys have a different view of being fat, and girls think just because they don't look like the girl in the mag or movie..they think there fat, our would is so caught up in our looks that it goes that far, to where a girl is 2 lbs heavier than the day before she feels ugly and fat

cause girls say it just to get a compliment from guys. And guys don't like to hear the insecurity come from a woman.

Because it sounds juvenile and self-centered. Boys seem to like girls who have more and varied interests than how they look. It also does seem like they are fishing for compliments.

It has been etched into our head-mind-body-soul-... to respond by saying No your not - when sumtimes they are, but alot of times its because they dont want to see a lady get upset if the answer was yes..
Plus if we did say yes would that make you love us more????

Well, from my experience, guys don't get nearly as worked up about it as women do!!!!! Sheesh, get a clue, girly!

mostly because they are just looking for sympathy. if you ever agree with them, they get angry about it. but if you say that they arenn't they just argue about it with you. it's a no win situation.
