Ideally, I try to get in at least 1 consecutive hour, 5 days a week to maintain my weight...if I'm trying to lose, I'll shoot for 1.5 to 2 hrs, broken into a morning workout and and evening workout...might even do something active the other 1 or 2 days, but not as focused or strenuous...

i work out in a gym 3 times a week for 1-1.5hours at a time..
i participate in 7 exercise classes a week
so...in total i workout for roughly10-12hours a week
