I've not heard of it physically occuring. The saying about "two left feet" isn't literal but refers to someone who is a bit clumsy on their feet.

I suppose it is possible BUT there has been NO KNOWN cases of a person having two left feet or /and two right feet. Sometimes we say ..... Oh, he/she has two left feet but it is a type of joke referring to the way a person walks or dances, etc.
