what about a plate full of beans on toast lad?... not normal bread but hand picked from bakerys across Europe, succulent bread with a a blend of delicious wheat and barley, kneeded to buggery... and not any old shite beans.. beans that have been baked on the gravestone of Christ and the most juciest tomatoes delved from satans scrotum lad garnished with olive oil and a touch of asparagus .

A sandwich - but don't make it (meaning putting all the ingredients on at home). Rather, have the fillings in a separate zip lock back that you can "add" to the sandwich roll.
Sliced Fuji Apples with peanut butter.
A large lemonaide drink.

I like wraps myself. You can use a spread of choice, a tortilla or pita pocket, and then some filling, like meat or veggies. They're compact, you can eat 'em hot or cold, and they're yummy.
However, some people consider them "chick food." I'm a chick, so that's okay for me....but give it a try. Hopefully you're confident enough with your sexuality, because they're delicious!
Hope i could help.
Good luck, bon apetit!

i think most of these lovly people are forgetting your profession. plumbers, chippies and sparkies alike must go with the traditional FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST where most cafe's (cos there is always one on the corner) do a tradesman special. with extras added to the plate, and its usually quite cheap.
Bacon, fried egg, beans, tomato, sausage, black pudding, fried bread,an hash brown, a couple of rounds of toast and a love-er-ly big pot of tea.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
i may get one too.

I say you have a turkey sandwich for lunch with some chips and an apple for desert. It's cheap, it's filling, and it's good for you!
