Just read the answers from my last question and answer me this. Im seeking God and Jesus and you " christians " are the ones that faithfully put the best insults on my question. You insult me, spank me, call me names, and mock me with ur inferences that im on drugs. instead of sending me to God you send me to a psychiatrist ? Why shouldnt I go be a freaking pagan and live in some hindu commune ? Is this the Jesus you represent ? is He like you ? Thats frigin' scary. I think He loves me and even likes me even though you falsely come to me and insult and accuse me. You guys testify to why I should never set foot in a church again for the rest of my frigging life. Coz you are in there !

Um - okay, hang on, Pagans and Hindus are very different. Check out both of those religions sometime - they're both very interesting.

Don't get discouraged by hypocrites. Remember Jesus' teaching about returning love for hate. Don't sweat the small stuff (or the hypocrites).

Also, most Christians I've talked to overlook what I think was Jesus' main point: "These things and more shall you also do." What does that mean? It doesn't mean "Worship me, I'm God," it means "Look what I'm doing, and know that you can to this and more."

In case you'd like a few good authors, check out Deepak Chopra, Caroline Myss, and Lee Carroll. There are tons more. Sonia Choquette got me started - she's not all that profound, but she has some good things to say about listening to your own vibes.

Good luck, and listen to yourself, not the nay-sayers.

Well one you are on the internet and two you dont have to believe all... Some are here just to get points off your question with care to what you want for an answer.. But a cult is not the answer, we all have are past that we can not change but we can change what we would do in the future. Yes Jesus loves you know matter what you do but faith is what will get you through the gates of heaven not what others think here, this is a test of your faith and how you react to it is what will be registered.. with the lord and go d almighty....

I do not know what your previous question was nor the answers you received. If you choose to follow the path laid down for us by Jesus then do so. Your faith and your beliefs state from within and expand outward. If you want to learn more then attend a local church. Pick one and go, learn what they offer you and then move on to another. there is no single "true" religion, in every house there are true believers and many "followers". along your journey I'd recommend spending a bit of time with the seventh day Adventists, they can provide you with the tools of learning.
Above all things, your faith and your beliefs are what make up your personal relationship with God. No church can give you that, it has to grow within you. good luck on your quest.

eh, church isn't that entertaining anyway. after i memorized the mass i just kept falling asleep, lol.

you don't have to make a decision right now. in fact, a hasty decision is worse than no decision at all.
the only advice i'll give you is to read. read a lot, read everything.

read the bible, koran, satanist bible, book of mormon, parts of the talmud, and anything else you can get your hands on. figuring out what you believe is difficult and takes a lot of time. but only then will you be happy with your choice.

just not scientology cause that is an actual cult where you'll just loose tons of money and come out looking crazy like tom cruise. and no one wants to end up like tom cruise.

Hey if the Christians don't want you consider Pieganism. It's easy, just enjoy delicious baked goods and try and be nice. The way that Jesus would want us all to enjoy pie and cookies. Think about it, no church or overhead either; and your able to practice it anywhere you want. Works for me and I believe in God and greatly respect the teachings of Jesus.

Thank you for the reminder... My apologies on behalf of any Christians who have mocked you.

Please be aware that not eveyone who claims to be a Christian is an authentic follower of Jesus Christ.

Feel free to email me if you are sincerely seeking to know the Christian God.

My background: I used to be an atheist. Over a period of time however, I grew convinced of the existence of the Christian God, and ultimately committed my life to Christ (e.g., see http://www.godsci.org/gs/chri/testimony/seek.html ).

Cordially,
John

I have felt the same way you are feeling now, and yes, it's confusing when there are so many people out there that are so called 'christians',,,,but not very good ones. They can't understand there are people that do have individual relationships with the Lord, and I believe it's their ignorance that limits their capabilities.
I have a relationship with my God, as I understand it, and I don't feel the need to share it with anyone. I know it exist!
I also don't feel the need to attend any specific denomination, or church, in order to maintain that relationship. I have found, in the past, there are many hypocrites in each denomination, trying to convince me their ways are better,,,and yet they truly have 'no way' or 'guidance' in their life.
It saddens me to see you are trying to compete with the outside christians, for your own beliefs. It's not prudent you convince them of your relationship with the Lord,,,,because as long as you believe, they have no reason to question that belief.

Ahh,,, Miss Moon Princess......

Dont go to the (dark side) you will very much like the things that will happen in your life if you choose the Narrow Path... not the Wide One...

I suggest you my go to visit many different churches and get to know some of the people there,,, ask questions and get Real Answers instead of the ones that people write you here,, (Other than me , that is,,) lol........

I suggest... a Methodist,,, Presbterian, or Baptist church,,,, 1st... if you know someone that goes,, go with them,,,,, you will get to understand better.......ok.........

good luck...........

There are a lot of so called "christians" on here and they do it to everyone that doesn't have their exact beliefs. Don't let it get you down. Your body is your temple. You don't need to be brainwashed by the church and their traditional interpretations.
bliss to you
