How high is your confidence, communication, body language and appearence when your presenting yourself to others,in terms of business,dating and meeting people in general?

It's pretty weird with me. If I am quiet, people take me for shy or for sad. But usually when I am quiet around guys, it's because I do not like them yet am tryin to keep the peace. Other times, I act confident infront of people when I am not. Between 1-10 (10 being quite confident), I am at times an 8, other a 6.

In business I am pretty much confident as I know the situation and the purpose of the meeting.
Dating and meeting new people in general, I tend to be less confident as I am naturally introverted and shy, I find myself having to work on thinking of conversation when meeting women.

In formal situations such as business meetings ,I represent myself with high confidence as expert in foreign purchasing affair . In my second job I will talk about books which i have translated from English to my native language.but I will never forget "Smiling is the key of the people's heart.

Very good. I speak clearly, make eye-contact, stand up straight, don't cross my arms, and look and feel very confident.
