I know there is a boat u can play on tbls at 18 in FL but that sucks

in the U.S u have to be 21 or older to play. but there are some cruise ships that u only have to be 18 cuz the go into international waters. nd at that point U.S laws to not apply. i like down in Puerto Rico nd u only have to be 18 down here. wich is great. if u are ever looking for a place to go for spring break or something you should come down here. its the best chill on the beach durnin the day nd then go nd lose some money at night nd then hit the clubs

Not in the United States. The boats often go in international waters. At that point, the US laws do not apply.

Check for any local Indian casinos. there is one in Idaho near my town that is 18 and older but they don't serve any alcohol.
