Need a program to take a multi page document (pdf) to 4 pages to a page for printing purposes.?

I want to have small pages instead of 8.5 x 11.

That's pretty simple. Just capture an image of each page and then scale the images down in Microsoft Word. Place the images all on the same page. I do that all the time.....
