Most toothpastes are created equally. If you're looking for a whitening toothpaste, it's good to remember that most of these simply remove surface stains and do not change the color of the underlying tooth structure (if you want more dramatic color change, use an adjunctive product). The most important factor to look for in a toothpaste is fluoride. Other than that, go for a paste that has a flavor and any additional features (tarter control, whitening, etc.) that you think you'd like. Good luck!
