Let's say I felt I was a victim here. When I died and all I saw was complete darkness it would certainly be a hell. What if I believed that I could influence the world around me and contribute? Would that darkness be like an empty canvas for my thoughts to be instantly manifested into my creation? ;) Your thoughts?

Sounds good to me.

Recommend you read the basic book:
"Scientology The Fundementals of Thought " by L.Ron Hubbard

When I read it it aligned completely with my own thoughts.
I was amazed that some else had actually done the spiritual research and discovered that what I already thought was true,
was in fact true and that it could actually be demonstrated to be true.

i.e. Thought is in fact senior to the Material Universe.
Thought is boss! (What a relief)

The darkness is a transition from the mortal world tot he spiritual plane. Kind of a waiting room type deal. If it wasn't your time yet, you wait to be sent back into your body.

Accepting Jesus as your savior is the only way out of that darkenss.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
