Not sure if it really is the sign of the end days - Christians have been predicting the end days ever since Jesus was resurrected 2,000 years ago. The Christians in the first century (the ones who knew Jesus during his lifetime) thought he would return in their lifetimes and it's 2 Milena later.
Also, the two prophesy books - Revelations and Daniel- are presumed to be indirectly talking about events in their day. I'm not sure if there is such thing as "end days" and if there is, it's my man's own doing, not God's.

no the end days were written years ago,history has pr oven that just because theirs a major conflict or famine or disease that does not mean the end is here,remember communications on a world scale is still rather new in human time line these events have been goon in for centuries,and the end times have had many beginnings,don't worry and the book of revelations was clearly talking about the roman empires,read a history book if you don't believe me
