Do men really have commitment issues? Why do they take so long to decide whether they wanna be with someone or no? R they just the more insecure lot?

They take so long because they feel like they will be missing out on some hot supermodel who will want them and mate like a porn star. It's immaturity. It's when they realize that they aren't going to ever achieve the supermodel then they take stock and settle down.

Women are just as bad as men when it comes to committment! Sometimes it may be insecurity, but most often in my past experiences one just really wants to take their time to make sure this is what they want....no harm in that. I mean hey would you want to rush into marrying someone only to divorce a year or two down the road? You don't buy a car without taking it for a test drive and thinking it over seriously do you?

Men don't have commitment issues. Women just try to get men to do things that they really don't want to do.
Marriage is a good example. Unless a guy wants to have kids, there really is no advantage to a guy to even get married.

Men have no more commitment issues than women. Most likely you just think they do as no man will commit to you. This may be because you are a beeeeyotch , a skank, or just plain ugly! My advice to you. . . lower your standard tremendously and you will find a man to commit. You are probably trying to play major league baseball when you only have the goods to play tee ball at the local grade school.

Sometimes it happens that as soon as you get something, there is something beter round the corner!!So we just want to make sure before we commit!! Got it?? Mean.......... Huh????Actually i wasnt talking of myself, but its not fair on your part to generalise all me too!!! There are many who use the above logic, but there are others also who make commitments and stick to them too.......... And some guys may be insecure too (As you said)....... Similarly, you cant say that all girls make commitments easily!! Infact they are the ones who are more insecure because they are bound to be more involved emotionally and thus fear any adverse consequences!

Commitment is just a pop psychological term for getting serious. We guys meet girls we like all the time, but if you're going to get serious we want to be sure.

It's a big decision to commit to someone, why would you want him to make a rash decision that ends up being a poor one? Respect your man for taking his time and thinking about it, it shows he cares about his life and yours.

men are assholes they say things and turn it around. They act like they care when they don't they pretend to have feelings and they don't when its time for they feelings to be pampered they act like they care
