If there is a draft (like during the VietNam era), the illegals will get to stay "home" (yeah right) in the U.S. while you and your friends fight and die for THEM? How are you going to feel about them then? Shouldn't they be forced to serve if they live here--just like we are?

Absolutely, I think it should be part of the immigration process, that they must serve at least 1 term in our military. But it isn't feasible, you cannot just take ILLEGALS and have them fighting for our country because they have no allegiance for the USA, they proved that by marching in our streets carrying the flags of their home countries. I say if they love their home country SO much, GO HOME!!!!!!! Honestly I wouldn't want to force them into defending this country because like I said, they don't care about it, and they would probably help to defeat it.

The DNC minions had planned on a "draft" issue this summer. It was in their talking points back in January and February expecting the talk of a draft would scare America into electing them in November. Guess the polling data didn't support that little plan. So there won't be a draft since there isn't even a discussion about it. (in reference to your question).
I would feel the same way about illegals not getting drafted as I do about them getting free medical, free education, and amnesty for breaking our laws. I feel like its a huge mistake - and guess what its going to happen. The liberals are in conjunction with the businesses that want cheap labor - they will amass enough votes to give the amnesty soon after the election. They don't want to rile up the voters before hand.

Hey Pancha, you don't know what you're talking about.
When legitimate, taxpaying U.S. citizens are fighting and dying in some godforsaken war, illegal aliens will still be freeloading education and services and sending they money home to Mexico. Sounds like a vacation compared to fighting a war!

There will never again be an America Draft.
It would take to long and cost to much to mobilize people for a war that would only last months, not years like previous world wars.
Plus the military has learned its lesson. They do not want draftees, as they are unreliable soldiers.
Mexicans who are willing to fight and possibly die to defend America should be given full citizenship as long as they can function in the English language.
The military has had many problems recently trying to fill its quotas. This would partially solve two problems.

If there was a draft and any illegals volunteered for service grant them automatic citizenship and send them in place of some poor guy whose name was pulled out of a hat.
Pancha they cannot serve if they are here illegally.

They should be forced to serve. In fact we should send them in first.
And it will be a race to see who weasels their way out of war first, the conservatives or the illegals. Conservatives have an advantage in war dodging experience. And conservatives are lead by the best , George Bush and Dick Cheney.

lol, I got news for you bro, even the illegals are subject to draft, you don't have to be a citizen or legal to go.
In VietNam time, my brother in law went to Greece for vaction and they tried to draft him. Then right after he came home they tried to draft him here, but he was still in college.
