my cuz is rude and like to make fun of people including me and my parents but its getting very crazy. how can i stop her?

Don't bother talking to her. It would be a waste of your time. As what you have said, she makes fun of people, that only means if you talk to her - one way or another she'll make fun of you more than what she always do. Just don't give her any of your attention. Kicking her butt won't help also. That would cause her to do things that you would not like to happen. Just don't bother do anything at all. She'll stop. If she doesn't, tell her parents about it or tell your parents to do the right thing - teaching her a lesson that she will never forget. Good luck!

Get in her face, tell her you don't like it and she is hurting others by making fun of them. Your cuz either has no compassion for other people's feelings or she is looking for an outlet to release her own insecurities. She has to be told. That's the only way you can stop it. She sound like someone who is attention seeking. You can let her know how you feel and if she doesn't change then don't have anything to do with her. If you cannot avoid her, then talk to her parents. If her parents are just as bad or not involved then find someone she respects and talk to them to talk to her. Hopefully she will get over it. If she doesn't then she will one day when she is the target, so don't worry about her. Sometimes if you ignore someone like that they will stop or go away. Usually they are doing this to get a reaction and if you don't provide them with that then they will go somewhere else or stop. Good luck.

Tell her how you feel....how it's upsetting you. And if she cant quit, then you cant spend time with her anymore. Just because you're related, doesnt mean you're obligated to be friends!
