I don't know about a 15 minutes test but there is a very good 20 minute test that uses a swab from your cheek and gum. It is a very reliable antibody test. However, because it is an antibody test, it could possibly miss a very recent infection with the HIV virus. It takes your body awhile after exposure to make the antibody. So if you did something last night that put you at risk for HIV, then today is too early to determine if you are infected.

They say the 15min test is 1 of the most acurate test today, however if u think u were exposed 2 the virus u have 2 wait 3 mths before anything might even show up, so if u get tested the next day nothing will show up because it will be 2 early, however it can take up 2 10 yrs before it will even show up.

HIV incubation period from the time of infection takes from 6 mos (some six years! - not too sure). You can't see the virus right after contact. Wait and re-test at least after 6 months from the time of your suspicion.
