Here's one I just found, sounds so yummy :)

Chicken Pesto Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
crushed red pepper flakes to taste
1/3 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and cut into strips
1/2 cup pesto sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until tender, then stir in chicken. Season with red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken is golden, and cooked through.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and pesto. Toss to coat evenly.

Pesto Sauce:

1 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 1/3 cups extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Make the Fresh Herb Pesto Sauce by combining the basil, parsley, mint, cilantro and chives in the bowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add the pine nuts, garlic and Parmesan cheese and, with the machine running, add 1 cup of the oil in a thin, steady stream. Add the lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and pulse to combine well. Transfer to a non-reactive bowl and set aside, covered with plastic wrap, until ready to use.

This is easy. Take a chicken breast, pound it flat. Lay it on a large square of foil, or parchment if you want to be fancy. Drizzle a good vinaigrette that has been flavored with a dab of dijon mustard over the chicken breast. Slather on a thick layer of bottled pesto. Lay on a few slices of fresh tomato. Fold and seal the foil edges or seal the parchment "en papillote" if you want to be fancy. Either bake or steam the package until it puffs up.

When you serve it, sprinkle some fresh feta cheese over the top.

I make this one...it's very tasty. Hope you like it.

I grill boneless skinless chicken breast (seasoned with salt and pepper and drizzled with a little olive oil)

cook package of your favorite pasta ( i like angel hair)

I mix i small container of pesto (i get the ones in the gourmet food section in the supermarket)
1 small container of Alfredo sauce
Heat sauce and add to cooked pasta.
slice cooked chicken breasts and add to pasta mixture.
toss everything together and serve with Parmesan cheese.

This is very simple to make and it has tons of flavor.
