I have gout and have been suffering with it all my life. When I eat foods that are rich, such as filet mignon, lobster with butter, rich deserts, things of that nature, I'll be sure that within five days I'll get an attack. All those foods are high in uric acid, which is the cause of the gout. Usually under my big toe, so when you walk you feel as if the toe is broken. Very painful. I take Allopurinol daily for the gout. If you are having a problem with this, talk to your doctor. He'll put you on some good medication that will control this situation and you won't have to worry so much especially when you go out to eat in a fancy restaurant. Good luck!

Combination of these consumeable item especially for leisure
(drinking beer + groundnut/ peanut with satay garlic/ chicken garlic flavor coating),
mainly the peanut is the culprit. But these combination make it worst.
You can try consume these formulation twice a week & you'll soon feel the pain in the joints or stomach acid reflux or go for uric acid check-up to see the uric acid level in the body increasement.

High levels of uric acid can lead to gout, which is very painful. uric acid is the final product of purine metabolism. since meats are high in purine, vegetarians usually have a lower blood level of uric acid. foods by themselves do not contain uric acid, unless you are eating waste (yuccch!)
Here are some foods that are high in purine:
Liver
Fish
Brewer’s yeast
Spleen
Kidney
Mushrooms
Soya
