when someone uses a real picture of a child as their avatar.
It makes me think they are into things that they shouldn't be.

I haven't seen anyone use a child's picture as an avatar, but for it creeping me out it would depend on the person. The picture could be that of their own child and they might mostly be in the family-oriented sections of Yahoo Answers.
If a person had a child as an avatar and was being rude, and obnoxious, I would not necessarily think they were a child molester or anything, but just that they were an ***hole and trying to get people riled up as part of their stupid joke.
Unfortunately you get the good and the bad here. Just try to ignore the attention-seeking wh**es and focus on the good people/parts of the community.

Your question makes me think about where YOUR mind is!!!!!!! Why would your mind be on child porno when you see a picture of a child????? Hummm. My thought would be that the person is proud of their child. or it is a picture of them as a child and they thought they were adorable. Child porn, would be the LAST thing on my mind. Are you into child porn? Now THAT creeps me out! Pervert!

haven't seen any, but if I did I would just think that they put a photo of their son or daughter there to show they have kids...
