I am unaware of any specific courses in Florida. You may want to head into a local art supply shop (please, no craft stores) and talk to them. They may be able to hook you up with someone, or they might be running their own courses.
Another alternative would be to head off for an intense 3 day seminar in Vegas or Charlotte NC. (Airbrush Action Magazine)
Lastly, there's always the video/dvd. Bonus of that is you can repeat it as many times as you like. (also from airbrush action)
