Not completely.
There's the freewill argument plus the fact that Moses convinced the Lord to change His mind over in Exodus 32:14 .....

You can change your future, but there is always a price(usually pain, suffering, unhappiness, and discomfort)
As to the issue of free will, it would seem that one only has in issues that do not count(what to wear today, what to eat today, brushing ones teeth, that sort of thing)

No, I believe if you know what will happen in the future, you could make changes now to change the sequence of events to make it come out different.

If you accept Jesus as your savior, God has wonderful things instore for you. You might consider it fixed, but if you choose not to accept Jesus as your savior, It is you who messed things up for yourself and not God. God's rewards are wonderful, but people have to trust in Him completely, with everything from their life all the way to their death, after accepting Jesus as their savior.

No. We have the ability to make our own decisions on the data presented before us and thereby we create our own destiny.
