how many use exercise to release any stress or even sexual tension built up inside of you. it works a gem for me. whenever i am stressed out or feel like i need a **** i work out instead.

Definitely! Exercise releases endorphins, which basically make you happy and relieve your stress. Plus, you're getting a workout. It's the best of both worlds!

Well, I workout in a gym and it works out for me, allot! This is comming from a man who has 3 kids under 6 years old and working a a manager in a heavy retail job working 40 hours a week.

Before I work, I get something small to eat becuse not eating right is a cause of stress. So eat small in the morring like fruit or a energy bar. NO sodas, or coffee.

lunch, good pack of smokes and a crown and coke,,,LOL.. j/k

Lunch,,, aloot of watter and eat a subway sandwich.

dinner... pasta/ drink water then go to the gym or even better go swimming which will relax you so much yo will knock out!!!

Yes excersize is great for stress relief makes your body feel good too

Yes it does work! Exercise makes 'happy bean' (endorphines) which is what makes you happy.
